It's almost impossible to articulate quite how incredible Vanessa and her wonderful team are. From the start, Vanessa showed her expertise, attention to detail, willingness to get anything done no matter how challenging and just how invested she is in your wedding day.

No task was too big (and we had some big tasks) and she was on site through all the seasons to make sure everything would be perfect on the day. Vanessa has an incredible ability to juggle an almost impossible number of jobs, succeed at every one, think of things you didn't even know you needed and all whilst being a complete joy to work with - a rare ability in any field.

We had huge expectations of the day and I can honestly say it surpassed even ours. Seeing it all come together during the days leading up to it revealed how large a project our wedding was going to be. It was remarkable to see how the other suppliers hold Vanessa in such high regard - they too would have done anything for her and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It says a huge amount about Harding & Co. that the whole process was a complete joy. When the day came it looked absolutely magical and we wouldn't have changed a thing.

The whole process was just seamless from beginning to end and it has been one of the most enjoyable (rather than stressful) experiences we have ever had.

From hungover/still drunk food tasting to hundreds of feet of silk, painting door frames and taking my calls when random thoughts pop up. You have been there as a constant calming presence. You really are the dream wedding planner, but over the last 18 mths you have also become a friend, which says a huge amount about how you manage the whole process.

Team, super hero, tipi queen … the list goes on. Thank you for helping us realise our wedding dream, you really are a joy to work with. Vanessa and the team were so lovely to work alongside and provided so much advice, support and fun for our wedding day that we really don't know how we would have managed without them (answer: we wouldn't!).

We booked Vanessa after securing our very DIY wedding venue and hadn't even considered on the day management until we spoke with our photographers (Lina and Tom) who strongly advised booking someone. We were still unsure it was completely necessary at that point, but after meeting with Vanessa for an initial meeting we realised how much expertise she had and how much more fun it would make the wedding for us if were able to just switch off and enjoy the day. We were so grateful we booked them to handle all the suppliers, the timings of the day, the last minute queries - basically all the admin you think you can handle when it's 9 months out, but when it's 2 weeks out and you are stressed to the eyebrows, it is a godsend to be able to lean on someone as well connected and supremely organised as Vanessa.

What was great about it was no matter what my question or last-minute panic, Vanessa had an answer for everything. I think when you are a bride you can get very caught up in worrying about every tiny detail but it was so reassuring to have Vanessa on hand who could say 'nah- not an issue' or 'yes, already sorted that' as it meant we could enjoy the run-up to wedding day as much as possible.

On the wedding day, Vanessa and Hannah were super helpful and even constructed a bar to help us when we had no bar!! They were amazing handling the bar duties, which again helped us out! Vanessa was a complete maestro for the wedding day timings, everything ran like clockwork and she was amazing at getting our suppliers organised. They certainly went above and beyond what we were expecting, even staying later after the wedding finished to help us on site.

We are so, so glad we booked Harding & Co., it was absolutely money well-spent and we had such an amazing wedding that we truly don't think we could ever have achieved it without their assistance. Thank you so much!

We have just had our daughters wedding. I used to have my own wedding venue and thought I could help with our daughters wedding at home but it became clear a few months ago that we needed help and we were recommended Vanessa and from the moment we all met her, everything just was amazing. She isn't just a “wedding planner” yes she has the absolute best suppliers and can find everything. Vanessa plans the days before the wedding, meets suppliers on site, every last detail Vanessa thinks of and sorts! She can see mistakes before they happen which you only get by doing her job for 20 years! I told her the night before the wedding when she had just laid the last name on the tables that she should be called “Officer in Command” as she is everywhere! They have discreet radios to talk to all the crew so everyone knows what’s happening. My husband fell on the dance floor and needed to go to A&E at 11.30pm and Vanessa took us and dropped us off and went back to see the last guests off in the taxis. Having Vanessa there for everything made the whole experience just brilliant I got to be mother of the bride even on the morning of the wedding, I was sat drinking champagne watching all the bridesmaids get ready whilst Vanessa and her team were outside doing the final touches. All I can say is book her before she gets booked up, honestly you will never regret it”

Vanessa is excellent at wedding planning as well as being a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her without hesitation. Having Vanessa as our planner meant that we were able plan our wedding in less than seven months and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it all. Having postponed our wedding from last year, I thought I would treat myself to a wedding planner, to co-ordinate our wedding day.

When I first told my Mum, she couldn't understand why on earth I would want or need a wedding planner when I had already organised the wedding and minor details. Needless to say, having now had the wedding, my Mum not only now understands exactly why we had Vanessa, but she thinks it is the best decision I have ever made!

On the lead up to the wedding Vanessa took all contact details for our suppliers and contacted each supplier individually to introduce herself and confirm timings etc. It truly meant that after a ridiculously horrible year of postponing, we were able to enjoy the final lead up to our wedding with excitement and ease. Vanessa supported us in every aspect of the lead up, from stressing about certain family members to being priest-less 5 days before the wedding.

Vanessa was absolutely amazing and did so much more than just co-ordinate our wedding day. From getting up and personal by working up a sweat putting me in my wedding dress to dealing with a very drunken brother and boisterous Italians that cannot follow the simplest instructions.

10 years ago Vanessa helped my sister plan her wedding which was absolutely fantastic! From that day I knew when I got married I had to have Vanessa to help me with my wedding.

My wedding planning journey was all done in 11 months which was the right amount of time to organise your wedding.

Vanessa was able to recommend fabulous, local wedding suppliers and attend all initial meetings with me to help and advise on our choices and decisions.

In those 11 months you go through so many emotions and have the stresses of ups and downs. Vanessa was there for me every step of the way and always a shoulder to lean on. She understood more than anyone how I was feeling or how to deal with situations.

The lead up to the wedding was all so organised brilliantly. Vanessa had clearly laid out spreadsheets and reminded me when final deposits were due.

Vanessa also created the most detailed itinerary of the whole wedding day.

The whole bridal party were able to have copies of this to see how the day was set to be, so there would be no questions and stress free for myself.

On the Wedding Day, Vanessa and her team were just fantastic. Vanessa was with me in the morning at my house making sure myself and the bridesmaids were all on schedule. Her team were at the church making sure the boys were on time and monitoring the transport & parking and they were also at the venue making sure the setup was all running smoothly.

The whole day went according to plan, I cannot fault my day. It was the best day of my life, everything we had organised looked amazing. It really was my dream wedding and I couldn't have done it by myself.

I had a big wedding with 160 guests and it was not easy to manage. The reason I wanted a wedding planner was so that I could just enjoy my whole day. And if something went wrong I wouldn't know about it. I still do not know if there were any slip ups with suppliers or guests and I don't need to know. Vanessa and her team sorted everything out quickly and efficiently.

Lastly Vanessa and her team were a great support to my myself, my husband and our families. They attended to everyone's needs. Vanessa was not only a wedding planner but a loyal friend. I will always cherish her help throughout the day I've been dreaming of all my life.

Vanessa and her team were a huge help to us planning our extremely bespoke fusion Indo-British wedding. A lot of the things we needed for our wedding were highly bespoke due to the fusion aspect but they were extremely creative at coming up with solutions that worked for us and for our budget! They have a wealth of experience in event management and are constantly a few steps ahead in terms of organisation. We felt like we were in safe hands through the whole process! We had a two day wedding with guests from across the world and Vanessa very comfortably managed the whole process. We had a great time on our wedding weekend (which not all couples can say given the stress that goes with planning a wedding) and I'm sure this was in no small part due Vanessa taking care of everything behind the scenes! If you are looking for wedding planners, who are creative and have great taste and are well-organised, you need look no further than Harding & Co.

We found Vanessa and her team via google search and it was a bit daunting trying to plan a destination wedding in London and actually spoke with 2 other planners before speaking with Vanessa. Once we started chatting, i just knew she was the one for us! We got on like a house on fire and she just knew exactly what we wanted to do for our wedding and didnt try and feed us a cookie cutter version (which the other planners did). Whatever crazy weird requests we gave her, she managed to pull it off without a hitch and she always relayed the cost to us so we were never left in the dark at any stage of the planning. It’s all black and white when it came to prices, timeframe and whether or not things we wanted to do were possible. If she couldn't source everything, she would tell us straight away and always offered an alternative. For what she did compared to her fees, i would definitely recommend Vanessa and her team.
