Our Partial Planning service can be booked at any time during your planning journey.

From stepping in seamlessly when the pressure is on to providing styling and design advice we are always at your side.

Perhaps you have booked your venue or your marquee and the majority or some of your major suppliers. Working alongside you, our partial planning service provides a seamless handover to ourselves of your confirmed suppliers, an audit of all of your existing bookings, suggestions for any outstanding suppliers along with styling and creative input and wedding day management.

We offer a relaxed, no obligation consultation via video call, at a time convenient to yourselves. This helps us understand your ideas, your current progress and discuss how we can help you to achieve your wedding goals.

We offer regular update meetings, so that you are always fully in control of your choices. Working with you, we create a detailed itinerary which covers not only the wedding day but also any set up and breakdown days.

We will check all your arrangements to date and ensure nothing has been missed, from there we will then bring your wedding planning to completion and delivery.

We will be there on the day, during any build days and if agreed any strip down days, on the day itself we are generally the first to arrive and only leave once all your guests are safely away for the evening.

From the initial consultation to the final moments of your celebration, we prioritize understanding your unique bond, your individual personalities, and your shared dreams. Working collaboratively with you during the planning journey we listen to you and ensure your wishes are always at the forefront of everything we do.

We will keep you updated throughout the entire journey. We will schedule regular meetings and we do not place limits on our time. We only work with trusted and established suppliers as our reputation is partly in their hands.  We find that getting to know each other over a coffee or cocktail (or two) is, a vital element to planning and delivering your wedding day. We often find we stay in touch with many of our couples.

Myself and my team along with our first class selected suppliers work with you to create your dream wedding. We work closely together as one team bringing together experience, creativity, expertise and passion with one unified goal of creating a unique luxury wedding to match no other.

Working across the UK, when not in London or the surrounding counties Vanessa and the team operate from a modern stylish office based in a small quintessentially English village cottage in Cambridgeshire, which also acts as a balance to the hustle and bustle of London.

    Our partial wedding planning service is for those who are confident in planning their own wedding. You may have booked your venue or certain suppliers and started to feel overwhelmed with the logistics or you could need the reassurance of a professional planner that timings and the schedule are flawless.

Investment

Every wedding is unique and our pricing is therefore bespoke. 

As a guide for partial planning, a minimum fee of £5,000 applies.
